At Feig Controls UK, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, please read the terms below to understand how to return items and request refunds.

1. Your Cancellation Rights

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you or your nominated third party (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods to cancel your order, without giving any reason.

  • How to Cancel: Notify us clearly by:

  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned items, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you originally used. No fees will be deducted.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  1. Purchase Date: The goods were bought within the last 30 days.

  2. Packaging: All items are in their original, undamaged packaging.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Perishable or time-sensitive goods

  • Unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons

  • Items irreversibly mixed with other products

Feig Controls UK reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded, except where required by law.

3. How to Return Goods

  • Recommendations: Use a tracked, insured service—refunds can only be processed once we receive the goods or proof of delivery.

4. Gift Returns

  • Direct Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

  • Indirect Gifts: If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, refunds will be issued to the original buyer.
