Delivery Information
Everything you need to know about how we ship your FEIG products.
Standard Delivery
3–5 working days. Free on orders over £500 + VAT. Otherwise £9.95 + VAT.
Express Delivery
Next working day (if ordered before 2pm). Available at checkout for an additional charge.
UK Coverage
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Scottish Highlands and islands may require additional time.
Large/Heavy Items
Some items such as door control units in housings may require pallet delivery — we'll contact you to arrange.
Additional Notes
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Tracking details will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated lead time before processing payment.
