Our returns policy for Perimeter Security Equipment Ltd products.
30-Day Returns
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Faulty Products
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded — please contact us within 7 days.
Exceptions
Items that have been installed, modified, or specially ordered cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us by phone or email to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number before sending any items back.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
- Include your RA number and order details inside the package.
- Send the item to our returns address — we will provide this when you request the RA number.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
